Composition makes the space believable
An extreme wide-angle may make a bedroom look larger for three seconds. It also bends the edges and disappoints at the viewing. We keep verticals straight, proportions believable and connections between rooms visible.

Light and colour create consistency
Warm light can be beautiful; orange walls usually are not. We balance daylight and interiors so plaster, timber and travertine still look like the materials the buyer will actually meet.
Expensive-looking photography is usually controlled and believable, not dramatic for its own sake.
Ten details to check
Steam the bed. Turn the chair. Hide the cable. Clean the mirror. Lower the blind two centimetres. None sounds creative, but together they give the architecture space to feel deliberate.
