01

Translate the plan without oversimplifying it

An architectural drawing is made to communicate with builders, consultants and authorities. A sales plan has a different reader. It should help someone understand flow, scale, orientation and the relationship between inside and outside in seconds.

That means removing construction information the buyer does not need while protecting the facts they do. Redrawing is translation, not decoration.

The buyer should not need an architecture degree to understand the home.
02

Give every layer a clear job

Walls, openings, furniture, room names and dimensions should not compete at the same visual weight. We create a hierarchy so the eye reads the structure first and the supporting information second.

Colour can distinguish private and shared areas or connect the plan to an availability table, but it should never obscure dimensions or make printing unreliable.

  • Clear outer and internal walls
  • Consistent room labels
  • Selective, believable furniture
  • Usable dimensions
  • North point and outdoor orientation
  • Unit key linked to availability

Property, identity and experience should tell the same story.
03

Show the context that affects the decision

A unit plan alone may not explain which façade it sits on, where the lift arrives or what the terrace overlooks. For developments, we often combine the detailed plan with a simple building or site diagram.

This prevents a beautiful drawing from leaving the buyer with the most practical questions unanswered.

04

Test it at real size

A plan that works on a large design screen may become grey noise inside a mobile PDF. We test the exact sizes used on the website, brochure and agent presentation.

If a label cannot be read or a line disappears, the solution is not asking the buyer to zoom. The graphic needs another version.

PLANTA27° note

The strongest property communication starts with one clear decision, then carries it through every touchpoint.
