A restrained identity and digital launch concept for a contemporary home on the Costa Brava.
The starting point
The location is not a backdrop. It is the reason the architecture exists in exactly this form.
The location was the main source of value, but generic aerial imagery would not be enough. The presentation had to connect the architecture to the landscape at every scale.
European second-home buyers and architecture-led purchasers looking for privacy, landscape and a home that feels grounded in the Costa Brava.
Brand
A name and identity
with one clear idea.
VORA
At the edge of land and water.A single edge links the landscape, architecture and water throughout the design.
Capture
Read the land before entering the house.

Drone is used at lower, more purposeful heights to explain approach, terrain and the building’s position. Inside, warm timber, linen, books and used ceramics make the architecture feel inhabited. The contrast between exposed landscape and sheltered daily life defines the full image system.
Motion
From open coastline to complete shelter.

Digital
From first feeling
to informed enquiry.

Access the details
The website treats location as part of the property rather than a separate neighbourhood section. Maps, aerials and architecture are sequenced together, helping an international buyer understand access and setting before moving into plans and specifications.

ready to go live.
Campaign / 01Vora
Costa Brava
The campaign moves from horizon to home: first the wider landscape, then the architectural reveal, followed by materials, outdoor spaces and practical access. An agent toolkit keeps approved imagery and language consistent across markets.
