Market the neighbourhood accurately
El Born is not Eixample, and Poblenou is not the hills above Sarrià. We prefer the bakery on the corner, a five-minute walk to Ciutadella or a quiet rear courtyard over another claim about a ‘vibrant lifestyle’.
- ↗Architecture and street character
- ↗Useful daily amenities
- ↗Travel and walking connections
- ↗Noise and orientation context
- ↗Relevant cultural landmarks
Let the building type guide the content
An Eixample home may live through hydraulic tiles and ceiling height. A coastal new build has to prove construction quality, outdoor space and orientation. We do not pour both into the same beige idea of luxury.
Barcelona is not one visual mood. The strongest marketing is specific to the property and its part of the city.

Use Mediterranean light with control
Mediterranean sun is part of the city, but it can turn windows white and interiors harsh. We plan around orientation. When the terrace is the reason to buy, we show how it belongs to the room, not just one isolated sunset.
- ↗Orientation-led shoot schedule
- ↗Daylight and golden-hour balance
- ↗Accurate view photography
- ↗Interior-to-terrace connections
- ↗Seasonally honest greenery
