The difference starts with the objective
A buyer wants to know how the kitchen relates to the living room and whether the second bedroom is genuinely useful. An architect may care more about the junction between old stone and new joinery. Neither approach is more premium; they answer different questions.
Property photography explains the property. Architectural photography interprets the design.
When to choose a property-led shoot
For a listing, we build a complete and honest route through the home. Proportions should feel believable, main spaces should appear early and no important room should be mysteriously absent.
- ↗Complete room coverage
- ↗Bright, accurate and inviting images
- ↗Useful horizontal and vertical crops
- ↗Fast understanding for buyers

When an architectural approach adds value
Architectural work is slower and more selective. For exceptional projects, we often combine both approaches: a useful sales set and a smaller editorial series with a longer life in press, portfolios and awards.
- ↗Design and material details
- ↗Relationship to site and landscape
- ↗Controlled light and composition
- ↗Images suitable for editorial use
